Rapidly increasing health care costs make it increasingly difficult for Main Street to compete with larger businesses. Costs continue to increase at an alarming rate, with health care premiums over the past two decades increasing nearly 120%. NFIB experts connect with U.S. Representative Beth Van Duyne and small business owner Warren Hudak on the Small Business Rundown podcast to discuss how health care costs harm a small business’ ability to compete and operate, along with legislative solutions that can provide relief for millions of small business owners.

Congress can help fight the rising health care costs small business owners face. With 98% of small business owners worrying about being able to provide a health care plan for their employees over the next five years, small business owners need affordable and flexible options.

The podcast explores:

  • Competing with larger businesses to provide health benefits
  • Pricing transparency
  • Why flexibility and options are important
  • The CHOICE Act
  • Small Business Health Options Awareness Act

Take Action: Help change the health care system to lower costs for all Americans by sharing your story with lawmakers!
