NFIB Webinar Gives Update on the 2024 Small Business Landscape
- The Employee Retention Tax Credit Program,
- The new Form I-9, which took effect in November 2023,
- Two new workplace posters: the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (Know Your Rights in the Workplace) and Department of Labor’s Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage), and
- Regarding states, Illinois has the Paid Leave for All Workers Act beginning in 2024. “Small business needs to take note as this could become something other states look into,” added Milito.
