Members’ votes guide NFIB’s advocacy efforts for the year

NFIB State Member Ballots are available to vote in all states. Cast your vote on the issues that matter to your small business to help guide NFIB’s policy positions for 2026. Your vote is critical to align advocacy efforts with the biggest priorities for small businesses.

NFIB’s One Member, One Vote program ensures each member has an equal impact on which issues NFIB prioritizes. Make your vote count to help NFIB fight for the rights of small businesses to own, grow, and operate their business.

State Member Ballots for 2026 include critical issues covering taxes, health care, minimum wage, and much more. Ballots are specific to each state and the issues facing local small businesses. Submitting your member ballot is a quick and easy process and makes a difference for small business owners nationwide. Vote “yes,” “no,” or “undecided” to the ballot questions if the issues affect your small business.
