Rebecca Sheppard, Esq. is a tax attorney and a Director in the Tax Controversy practice group at Frost Law. Over the last two years, Rebecca has used her background in government practice to work with business clients across the country in helping them secure government funding from PPP, EIDL, and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). Rebecca previously worked for the Comptroller of Maryland as a tax attorney. Rebecca’s experience both in government and private practice allows her to effectively navigate how businesses can best make tax law work in their favor.

Jessica Ledingham is a Senior Associate at Frost Law. Her principal areas of practice include tax controversy, tax preparation, and securing government funding such as the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). Jessica has worked with individuals, corporations, and partnerships at all stages of an IRS examination, at appeals and Tax Court, complex civil litigation and appeals, and white-collar criminal defense. Prior to joining Frost Law, Jessica worked as an attorney at a Vault-100 law firm, a Big-4 Accounting Firm, and as a law clerk at the United States Tax Court.

Beth Milito is the Executive Director of NFIB’s Small Business Legal Center. Milito has been with NFIB for 20 years handling legal and regulatory affairs. During her time at NFIB, she has testified before Congress and state legislatures on a broad range of labor issues. Milito is an experienced litigator and educator, having previously worked at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs representing hospital management in labor and employment matters in federal agencies and courts.
