TAKE THE SURVEY: Do State Regulations Make It Harder to Run Your Small Business?

Unnecessary regulations are a perennial issue for NFIB’s members. Small businesses often lack the resources and personnel to keep up with new rules and mandates. Gov. Kay Ivey recently issued Executive Order 735, which instructs Alabama’s executive agencies to cut 25% of their regulations on businesses and citizens by March 31, 2025.NFIB has been asked by the governor’s office to identify regulations that get in make it harder for small businesses to operate, grow, and create jobs.
