TAKE ACTION: Tax Fairness for Small Business in Pennsylvania

The Commonwealth’s current, burdensome system of taxation is hindering PA’s small businesses. Despite a large economy, Pennsylvania ranks poorly for starting a small business and remaining competitive in the marketplace. State tax policy is one tool that can be used to attract growth, inspire innovation, and encourage businesses, but changes need to be made. NFIB is fighting for multiple tax reforms (including like-kind exchanges and Section 179 expense deductions and a repeal of accelerated sales tax prepayments) and we need your help! Tell your lawmakers to support small business-friendly tax legislation for 2022.
