TAKE ACTION: Stop the Healthcare Premium Hike

April 2, 2024 Last Edit: July 26, 2024

Take action now and tell your State Senator to stop the premium hike.

Across the country, job creators struggle to afford high premium costs. Unfortunately, the Iowa Senate is considering HF 2401, a bill that would raise your healthcare premiums even higher.

HF 2401 harms Main Street Iowans by:

  • Interfering with private-sector business negotiations
  • Picking winners and losers at the expense of the consumers, small businesses, and their employees.
  • Creating a government-mandated “minimum wage,” setting pricing and redistributing millions of dollars throughout the pharmaceutical industry at the expense of the end consumer.

If this bill is passed, it will create a pricing scheme to help Big Business and could increase premium costs up to $200 per person.
