TAKE ACTION: There’s Still Time to Submit Your Member Ballot

January 7, 2026

Your input helps determine our positions on key issues affecting independent businesses throughout the state

As a small business owner, your voice matters, and NFIB is here to make sure it’s heard.

Unlike other advocacy organizations, NFIB doesn’t rely on a board of directors to decide our policy positions. Instead, we depend on our members to tell us what issues matter most to their small businesses.

The NFIB member ballot is a key part of this process. This year’s state ballot results will shape our testimony before legislative committees and influence policymakers.

Over time, lawmakers have come to view these results as the true and trusted voice of small businesses in the state. By participating, you’re helping us advocate for your interests and ensure your priorities are heard.

Don’t miss this chance to make an impact on policies affecting your business. The ballot is only available to NFIB members. To vote, visit www.NFIB.com/VoteMyBallot, log in with your email and password, select “My Ballots and Surveys,” and complete your state ballot today.
