Revenue Department Offers Recap & Resources for Franchise Reform Refund Program

The Tennessee Department of Revenue held a webinar yesterday outlining important information on the franchise tax refund program that will run from May 15 until Nov. 30. NFIB will continue to monitor and share updates on the implementation of the F&E reform bill (SB 2103/HB 1893), which includes a $400 million tax cut and $1.5 billion refund program.
