HOUSTON (Jan. 17, 2023) – “Our small businesses are still on the road to recovery,” NFIB State Director Annie Spilman said in an interview with Fox26’s Tom Zizka. “They’re still dealing with inflation, and supply chain issues, and labor shortages.
