Small Business Victory: Regulatory Sandbox Bill Headed to Gov. Parson’s Desk

Small Business Victory: Regulatory Sandbox Bill Headed to Gov. Parson’s Desk

June 4, 2024 Last Edit: July 29, 2024

Regulatory Sandbox Bill establishes the Office of Entrepreneurship and eases regulatory burden on start-ups.

Missouri small business owners are eager for Governor Mike Parson’s signature of the Regulatory Sandbox Bill, which will provide regulatory relief for start-up businesses that may need a particular rule suspended or modified until the company is up and running. Additionally, the bill creates an Office of Entrepreneurship, giving small businesses a voice in promoting economic development statewide.

NFIB Missouri thanks Sen. Travis Fitzwater and Rep. Alex Riley for once again bringing this bill forward and urges Governor Parson to sign this bill into law swiftly.
