Small Business Community Endorses 34 Colorado Legislative Candidates Ahead of General Election

DENVER (Sept. 16, 2024) – The NFIB Colorado PAC today endorsed 34 candidates running for seats in the Colorado General Assembly. The political action committee, comprised solely of NFIB members throughout the state, endorsed 34 pro-small business candidates, including eight Senate candidates and 26 House candidates.

“Small businesses are the foundation of our state’s economy, creating good-paying jobs and thriving communities,” NFIB State Director Tony Gagliardi said. “A recent NFIB survey found that rising costs are taking a serious toll on our job creators. Main Street Coloradans need strong advocates in Denver. These candidates understand the challenges small business owners face and support policies that will make it easier to do business in our state.

“On behalf of our small business owner members, I’m proud to announce these endorsements for the 2024 general election and ask all Coloradans to support these pro-small business candidates.”

Early voting begins Monday, October 21. Election Day is Tuesday, November 5. For more information on voter registration and other FAQs, visit the Secretary of State’s website.

The NFIB Colorado PAC’s endorsement is important to these campaigns. Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls.

NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues. CLICK HERE to view the 2024 NFIB Colorado Voting Record.
