North Carolina Small Businesses Endorse Rep. Richard Hudson for Re-Election

SILER CITY, N.C. (Oct. 25, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Rep. Richard Hudson for re-election to the United States House of Representatives to represent North Carolina’s 9th Congressional District.

“Congressman Richard Hudson is a proven small business champion,” said Gregg Thompson, NFIB North Carolina State Director. “He understands the issues impacting our members and has been a reliable small business vote in Congress. Congressman Hudson earned a 100% NFIB voting record this term by supporting pro-growth policies and opposing harmful legislation such as the PRO Act. We are confident that he will continue to be a small business supporter.”

“Small businesses are the backbone of our communities and nation,” said Rep. Richard Hudson. “However, like all hardworking families, small businesses are facing challenges like never before from two years of rising inflation, fuel prices, and supply chain issues. I am focused on solutions to strengthen our economy, unleash American energy, and create jobs. “We are pleased to endorse Congressman Hudson today for re-election,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “He is a strong small business voice in Congress, and we look forward to continuing to work with him.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
