GUEST SPEAKER Senator Howard Pearl … is a Republican member of the New Hampshire Senate representing District 17. He was first elected to the Senate in 2022. He previously served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2016 to 2022 where he was the Chair of the House Environment and Agriculture Committee. He currently Chairs the Senate Executive Departments and Administration Committee while also serving on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee and the important Senate Finance Committee. When Sen. Pearl is not crafting legislation, he runs a very successful farm in Loudon, NH called Pearl and Sons Farm.
