Seven critical new endorsements announced for the Pennsylvania House

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

HARRISBURG, PA (April 1, 2024) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy association, today announced a new slate of legislative endorsements for the Pennsylvania House in the November election. NFIB PA State Director Greg Moreland released the list of candidates, which was selected by NFIB Pennsylvania PAC, the state’s most influential and effective small business political action committee.

“NFIB Pennsylvania is pleased to support these strong, pro-small-business candidates, whose elections are not only critical to the small business owners in their districts, but also to protecting free enterprise across Pennsylvania,” said Moreland. “These candidates share our vision that a healthy small business jobs climate can best be achieved through lower taxes, less wasteful state spending, and less government regulation. They recognize that small businesses are the driving force behind Pennsylvania’s economy – producing high-quality products, services, and jobs.”

“Pennsylvania small businesses need strong representation and legislative champions in Harrisburg,” continued Moreland. “These candidates have a clear understanding of the problems and challenges facing small business owners in Pennsylvania.”

The endorsements are based on NFIB member input and candidate questionnaires. NFIB previously announced a slate of incumbent endorsements before the April 23rd primary election.

“The small business message is a critical element to a winning campaign, and the endorsement and get-out-the-vote effort of NFIB has been a key factor of success in many legislative races,” said Moreland. “We will aggressively support these candidates who best represent our members and will fight for the continued growth and vitality of the Commonwealth’s small businesses and their owners and employees.”
