“NFIB would like to congratulate Rep. Matt Hall (R-42) on being elected as Speaker of the House for the 103rd Legislature. Small business owners can breathe a sigh of relief now that Speaker Matt Hall is running the House. Over the past two years, then Leader Hall and the Republican Caucus have continually shown their support for small businesses by fighting against destructive policies that would harm small businesses and putting forth legislation that promotes free enterprise.
