New Program to Honor TN Employers Who Help Injured Workers Return to Work

The Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is launching the?REWARD Honor Roll,?a new employer-recognition program highlighting businesses whose return-to-work programs exemplify the REWARD Program’s?principles. Honorees will be commended as an example that other Tennessee employers should emulate. Implementing a solid and safe return-to-work program minimizes an injury’s impact on both the injured worker and the employer, the bureau says. A list of honorees will be published each January on the BWC website. Honorees will be allowed to use the REWARD Honor Roll logo on their company publications and will also receive a complimentary registration for its RTW Coordinator at the BWC annual education conference.? ? Any employer site operating within the state of Tennessee can?apply here.? ? Honor Roll Applications are accepted year-round but are due by Nov. 15 for consideration in the 2024 REWARD Honor Roll list. ?
