“We are thrilled to have Logan join NFIB,” said Senior Regional Grassroots Manager Jamie Cobby. “With her political campaign and advocacy experience, Logan will elevate our efforts as we advocate for small business rights at the state and federal level.” At NFIB, Logan will work closely with members to participate in the legislative and political process. “As a daughter of small business owners, I understand the resilience it takes to own and operate a business,” said Logan Nevonen. “I am excited to join NFIB and look forward to creating meaningful ways to engage members and amplify the voice of small business.” With a decade of experience in politics and public policy, Logan Nevonen has worked on various federal, state, and local campaigns for pro-business candidates, specializing in political advocacy, grassroots mobilization, and strategic communications. In her previous role, Logan served as the Deputy Director of Operations at Run GenZ, an organization that empowers, recruits, and mentors the next generation of conservative leaders to step up and run for state and local office. There, she helped build a pipeline of young leaders across the country and championed women’s leadership, leading initiatives that increased female participation and representation in elected office. Logan also served as the Deputy Field Director at Texans for Greg Abbott where she oversaw field operations across thirty-nine counties in North and Central Texas, executing a winning strategy that secured Governor Abbott’s third term in office. Prior to this, Logan served in various communications roles at the Dallas County Republican Party, Maggie’s List, and Murphy Nasica and Associates. This year, Logan was recognized as a 40 under 40 awardee by the Texas Federation of Republican Women for her significant contributions to her community and the conservative movement. She is a proud graduate of the University of Westminster where she earned her master’s degree, and the University of Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s College where she double majored and earned her bachelor’s degree. Logan currently resides in North Texas with her husband. Outside of work, you can find her planning her next adventure. When she is not traveling, Logan volunteers her time with initiatives that advance women’s public leadership, including serving as an Advisory Board Member at Lone Star Parity Project and as a member of The Policy Circle. Logan can be reached at logan.nevonen@nfib.org or 202-406-4413.
