Unfortunately, Texas small business owners aren’t exempt from the challenge of escalating prices, NFIB State Director Jeff Burdett said in a conversation with Lubbock’s Chad Hasty. “Small business owners aren’t exactly optimistic that the economy will improve any time soon. And, really, who could blame them?
