“The small business community would never do anything to turn their backs on local governments,” NFIB State Director Annie Spilman said in a conversation with former Texas House representative Rodney Anderson on 660 AM The Answer. In discussing the Texas Regulatory Consistency Act, Spilman said, “We made this very fair.
