In 2013 the landmark case, NFIB v. Sebelius, the NFIB Small Business Legal Center stood up when all the other business groups wouldn’t!

We were ridiculed by big business groups and the “intellectual elite” for our position that the Constitution does not give Congress the authority to force all of us to buy or do whatever it wants. At the end of the day, we secured five votes from the U.S. Supreme Court agreeing with our position.
