National Federation of Independent Business Iowa PAC announces endorsement of State Senator Waylon Brown for Senate District 30
Iowa PAC Endorses State Sen. Waylon Brown
The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Iowa PAC today endorsed State Senator and NFIB Member Waylon Brown for Senate District 30. The political action committee is comprised solely of NFIB members from the state.
Senator Waylon Brown is a farmer and a small businessman who has served in the Iowa State Senate since 2017. He has a 100% voting record with the NFIB and is committed to helping small and independent business owners in District 30 and all throughout Iowa. “With skyrocketing inflation, burdensome mandates, and supply chain woes, it’s clear that Main Street needs support now more than ever,” said NFIB State Director Matt Everson. “The NFIB Iowa PAC is proud to endorse State Senator Waylon Brown who knows firsthand what it takes to run a small business. Senator Brown has been a fierce supporter of policies that focus on economic growth and keeping the Hawkeye State competitive. I encourage Iowans to support Senator Brown and other pro-small business candidates up and down the ballot.” Iowa’s Primary Election Day is June 4. Early voting begins May 15. Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls. NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues. About NFIB: For 80 years, NFIB has been advocating on behalf of America’s small and independent business owners, both in Washington, D.C., and in all 50 state capitals. NFIB is nonprofit, nonpartisan, and member-driven. Since our founding in 1943, NFIB has been exclusively dedicated to small and independent businesses, and remains so today.
