ICYMI: Watch the Nebraska Virtual Paid Leave Webinar

December 19, 2024

News Release

NFIB Nebraska recently held a webinar addressing how property taxes are hurting small businesses.

On December 19, 2024, NFIB Nebraska held a webinar addressing how the paid leave mandate will impact small businesses. The 2024 Paid Sick Leave ballot question was passed with a majority of voters supporting this measure in Nebraska.

Thanks to progressive activists getting this on the ballot, this measure will impact all business owners in the state. In this discussion, NFIB members shared their input on what needs to be done with the law to help make it better for small business.
