NFIB Minnesota recently held a webinar to discuss what happened during the 2025 legislative session

On July 9th, NFIB Minnesota held a webinar to discuss what happened during the 2025 Minnesota legislative session. NFIB State Director Jon Boesche gave an overview of the legislation we followed, what was accomplished, and what small business owners in Minnesota need to prepare for, such as the 20-week Paid Family Medical Leave program.

NFIB Principal of Federal Government Relations, Dylan Rosnick, presented an update on where the Small Business Deduction stands in Congress, along with an update on our efforts to repeal the onerous Beneficial Ownership reporting.
