‘Every Little Bit Helps’: Alvarado Small Business Calls for Texas Legislature to Cut the Inventory Tax

ALVARADO (Jan. 25, 2023) – In a conversation with NBC DFW’s Julie Fine, NFIB member and small business owner Tim Green explained how cutting the inventory tax would ensure Texas remains competitive and open for business. “Texas is a great state to own and operate a small business in, right? But we can’t be complacent that we are just great,” Green said. When asked whether the 88th Legislature should cut the inventory tax, Green said, ‘Every little bit helps, yes, absolutely.” CLICK HERE to watch the full interview.
