Early Voting Underway in Tennessee Judicial, Local Elections

The judicial and county primary election is Tuesday, May 3, but early voting is well underway. Polls opened on April 13 and will close on Thursday, April 28. Tennessee’s state and federal primary election will be Thursday, Aug. 4. This is when voters will choose their parties’ nominees for governor, the U.S. House of Representatives, old-numbered state Senate districts, and the state House of Representatives. The deadline for registering to vote in the August primary is Tuesday, July 5. Early voting will run from July 15 to July 30.
