Katie Burns, with Cove Street Consulting. She has been a registered lobbyist in Arkansas for over 20 years and has dedicated her career to working on legislative regulatory and public policy issues in Arkansas well as Washington, D.C. In November 2018, Katie started her own firm. Today she represents clients in healthcare, insurance, technology, procurement, and other various industries. In 2012, she was named one of Arkansas’ Top 40 under 40 – a high honor recognizing her as a business leader in the state.
