The office of State Comptroller Brooke Lierman has updated the list for Maryland’s Sales & Use Tax. The Comptroller’s document (“LIST OF TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO SALES AND USE TAX”) is updated at the beginning of each year, and we have provided a link below to access the information.
