Big Environmental Bill Surfaces Late in Session

With the 2023 session of the Colorado General Assembly scheduled to adjourn May 8, suspicion is naturally aroused when a bill is introduced just last week, April 13—and not just any bill. But in so doing, will it trample on anything? NFIB State Director Tony Gagliardi invites members to examine the legislative proposal and send him your thoughts, so he may prepare the right responses to the initiative.
