Are You Compliant with Family and Medical Leave Insurance?

Colorado voters approved Proposition 118 in November of 2020, creating a mandated Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program. Employers/employees will contribute premiums to this program beginning January 1, 2023. FAMLI will start providing benefits beginning January 1, 2024. Learn how the FAMLI program will affect your business from:
  • Tracy Marshall, FAMLI Division Director
  • Phil Spesshardt, UI Division Director
  • Daniel Chase, Chief of Staff
  • Cher Haavind, Assistant Executive Director
  • Caitlin Adams, Legislative Liaison from the Colorado Department of Labor
All small businesses will need to be compliant with this mandate. This is your opportunity to ask questions on the mandated FAMLI program. This webinar is free and open to members and non-members. A join link will be email to you one hour prior to the start of the event from Grassroots Manager ML McGinty. Can’t make it? Don’t worry! Register now, register here, and we’ll email you the recording. If you would like to submit a question ahead of time, please reach out to ML McGinty.
