Voter Registration
- October 28, 2024: Deadline to register to vote by mail or online.
- November 5, 2024: Deadline to register to vote in-person.
- Identification is required for voter registration.
Voting
- Washington is an all vote-by-mail state. Ballots are sent to voters 18 days before an election.
- October 18, 2024: Early voting begins.
- November 5, 2024: Election Day. Early voting ends. Deadline to request an absentee ballot. Deadline to return an absentee ballot.
- Washington is an only mail-in ballot state and does not have polling places. Visit VoteWA.gov to find a ballot drop box location and for more information.
