NFIB Endorses Abe Hamadeh for Arizona Attorney General

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Chad Heinrich, Arizona State Director, ch@chadheinrich.com or Tony Malandra, Senior Media Manager, anthony.malandra@nfib.org PHOENIX, Sept. 16, 2022—NFIB AZ PAC, the political arm the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in Arizona, today announced its endorsement of Abraham ‘Abe’ Hamadeh to be the state’s attorney general. “Abe will be a tremendous Attorney General for the citizens and businesses of Arizona,” said Chad Heinrich, NFIB’s Arizona state director, speaking for the PAC. “He respects the rights of crime victims and understands the importance of law and order in a state steeped with continued economic growth prospects. Small business owners will rest comfortably with Abe as our top cop–keeping criminals accountable and ensuring small-business owners have an ally who understands the difference between regulatory compliance and overbearing punitive enforcement.” Heinrich cited the office’s success in curbing frivolous, drive-by lawsuits for ADA violations as a shining example of how the attorney general has grown in importance to small-business owners. “It’s the era we live in when state constitutional offices are no longer sleepy, down-ballot contests, but instead need greater small business attention and involvement.”
