Return Employees to Work And Reduce Disabilities (REWARD) Employer Group
Tennessee employers interested in developing a successful return to work (RTW) program or improving an existing RTW program are encouraged to join this group. A significant benefit of the Employer Group is the opportunity to share experiences and hear from speakers on topics of interest at quarterly meetings. Past meetings have featured: identifying RTW Barriers, steps to take immediately after a work injury, and psychological and social issues impacting RTW. Sign up to be notified of future meetings and for the REWARD Report, a bi-monthly newsletter containing articles by subject matter experts.
