Small Businesses: Cutting the Inventory Tax Would Help Our Employees

Date: January 10, 2023

NFIB discusses ‘Cut the Inventory Tax’ campaign with radio host Sergio Sanchez

“We’ve got a $32.7 billion surplus. There is money on the table for our legislature to offer tax relief to our small business owners who employ more than 5 million people in this state,” NFIB State Director Annie Spilman said in an interview with KURV’s Sergio Sanchez. “This would help employees. Small business owners can give bonuses, better benefits, increase wages, hire more people. This would go right back into the pockets of the people they employ.”
