The state Department of Revenue’s new F&E and business tax manuals have been posted on the department’s website.
The tax manuals are informal, do not constitute a revenue or letter ruling, and pertain to:

When you visit the page, you’ll also notice that several of the previous tax guides have been expanded and/or reworked into a consistent manual format. Officials said the sales and use tax manual is still being developed.
