He will direct a portfolio of value-added programs offered to NFIB members in Ohio

Michael Wing has been selected as the Member Benefits Program Manager at NFIB in Ohio. He succeeds Cameron Garczyk, who became Assistant State Director in September.

He will direct a portfolio of value-added programs offered to NFIB members in Ohio. These programs include workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation, workplace safety, and a legal defense program.

Before accepting this position, Wing served as a legislative aide and committee clerk in the Ohio House of Representatives working for Reps. Laura Lanese and Marilyn John.

He received his bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Miami University of Ohio. While in college, he interned for U.S. Rep. Warren Davidson and U.S. Sen. Rob Portman. He also worked in the university’s Office of Institutional Relations where he helped the director advocate for the university with students in Columbus and Washington, D.C.

Wing is a lifelong resident of Lancaster, where he is active in his community as a City Council member first elected in 2023.
