New York State Soliciting Feedback on Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy Requirements & Training

Every four years, the New York State Department of Labor is required to review the state’s sexual harassment prevention policy. During this review process, the Dept. of Labor is inviting businesses and individuals to comment and provide suggestions on the policy and annual training requirements. Small businesses are encouraged to share their feedback on the model policy and training requirements through a secure online form. Feedback will be gathered through Sept. 20, 2022. For more information on New York’s sexual harassment prevention policy and employers’ annual training obligations, click here.
