Are You Joining Fellow Small Business Owners on March 17th? Register for NFIB’s Virtual Small Business Day and Make Your Voice Heard

We’re bringing Albany to you! Please join NFIB for New York’s Virtual Small Business Day on Thursday, March 17th at 10 AM. This is your opportunity to share your story, experiences, and concerns with the elected officials making public policy decisions in Albany. On Small Business Day, NFIB, business community advocates, and small business owners will be discussing the need to pass small business tax cuts, allocating money to the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Trust Fund and lowering UI tax rates, putting an end to New York State’s mandatory COVID sick leave law, and discussing energy affordability and reliability. We will be joined by Senate Republican Leader Rob Ortt and Assembly Republican Leader Will Barclay, as well as the Senate Chair of the Small Business Committee Anna Kaplan, with more speakers to be confirmed. Our elected leaders must hear directly from you. Running a small business in New York State is far too burdensome and costly, and Albany must do more to help small, independent businesses succeed and grow. Small Business Day is your chance to help NFIB advocate for policies that will help small businesses thrive and mitigate policies that will make doing business in New York even more costly. Join small business owners from across New York State on March 17th! Register here for our Virtual Small Business Day.
