Update: Michigan Minimum Wage Schedule Set

The schedule for the minimum wage increase is finalized.

In a ruling on September 18, 2025, the Michigan Supreme Court concurred with the Administration’s interpretation of the minimum wage schedule in its request for clarification for language in the original Adopt and Amend opinion. The schedule below is now set for the increase in minimum wage and the elimination of the tip credit.
