TOPEKA (July 26, 2024) –The NFIB Kansas PAC today endorsed 12 candidates for seats in the Kansas Legislature ahead of the Primary Election Day, which is August 6. The political action committee, comprised solely of NFIB members throughout the state, endorsed five incumbent candidates running for re-election to the Senate and seven incumbent candidates running for re-election to the House of Representatives.

“Main Street Kansans are the backbone of our communities, creating jobs and opportunities for hardworking men and women all across our state,” NFIB State Director Dan Murray said. “Over the past several years, our small business owners have faced a host of challenges, including inflation and a tightening labor market. These lawmakers understand how policy proposals can impact business costs and have demonstrated a commitment to promoting greater economic opportunity for Kansans.

“On behalf of our small business owner members, I’m proud to announce these endorsements and ask all Kansans to support pro-small business candidates on August 6.”
