NFIB's FedPAC endorses Rep. Gonzales

AUSTIN, Texas (Feb. 12, 2024) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Rep. Tony Gonzales for re-election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Texas’ 23rd Congressional District.

“Rep. Gonzales has always been a great friend to small business,” said Jeff Burdett, NFIB Texas State Director. “He has achieved a 100% NFIB voting record on key small business issues, which has earned him a Guardian of Small Business Award. Most notably, we were thrilled to see him co-sponsor the Main Street Tax Certainty Act (H.R. 4721), a crucial bill that would stop the Small Business Deduction from expiring in 2025. It’s critical that we send strong champions of free enterprise like Rep. Gonzales back to Washington.”

“We are confident that Rep. Gonzales will continue to be a dependable small business supporter in Congress,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “He has a strong small business voting record and has been an advocate for pro-small business policies. We are pleased to endorse Rep. Gonzales for re-election and look forward to continuing working with him.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
