Ohio Small Business Community Endorses Kevin Coughlin for Election to Congress

NFIB’s FedPAC announced endorsement for Kevin Coughlin

RICHFIELD, Ohio (Oct. 23, 2024) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Kevin Coughlin for election to the United States House of Representatives to represent Ohio’s 13th Congressional District. The endorsement was announced at a campaign event at NFIB member and small business Empaco Equipment Corporation in Richfield.

“Kevin Coughlin demonstrated his understanding of the importance of small business issues during his time in the Ohio General Assembly, earning a NFIB Voting Record of 97%,” said Chris Ferruso, NFIB Ohio State Director. “Our members know that his experience as a small business owner, and his focus on keeping taxes low on entrepreneurs will continue in the halls of Congress.”

“Kevin Coughlin understands the issues impacting Ohio’s small businesses,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “As a state representative, he led efforts to cut taxes and advance pro-small business policies. He has pledged to support similar priorities in Congress, and we are proud to endorse him today.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
