Small Businesses Endorse Kevin Kiley for Congress

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed Kevin Kiley for election to the United States House of Representatives to represent California’s 3rd Congressional District.

“During his tenure in the California State Assembly, Kevin Kiley has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to small businesses,” said John Kabateck, NFIB California State Director. “He has prioritized small business issues in the state legislature and has a strong understanding of what matters most to our members. Kevin Kiley has committed to focusing on supporting policies that will reduce taxes, lessen burdensome regulations, and end frivolous lawsuits facing small business owners. We are confident that he will be a pro-small business Member of Congress and are pleased to endorse him today.”

“Kevin Kiley will be a strong representative for small businesses in Washington,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “We know he will be a dependable voice for them and look forward to continuing to work with him.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
