NFIB Arkansas PAC announces endorses state Sen. Wallace for Senate District 19.

LITTLE ROCK (Feb. 16, 2024) – The NFIB Arkansas PAC today endorsed State Sen. Dave Wallace for Senate District 19. The political action committee is comprised solely of NFIB members from throughout the state.

“As a small business owner, veteran, and public servant, Sen. Dave Wallace has dedicated his life to promoting and protecting the American Dream,” NFIB State Director Katie Burns. “Over the past few years, Main Street has faced enormous difficulties, from skyrocketing inflation to economic uncertainty. Sen. Wallace understands these challenges and is committed to making it easier to do business here in the Natural State.

“On behalf of our small business owner members across the state, I’m proud to announce our endorsement of Sen. Wallace and ask all Arkansans to support pro-small business candidates up and down the ballot.”

Election Day is March 5. Early voting begins Feb. 19 at your county clerk’s office. To find your polling place, visit https://www.voterview.ar-nova.org/VoterView.

The NFIB Arkansas PAC’s endorsement is important to these campaigns. Small business owners and their employees vote in large numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls.

NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on key small-business issues.

Senator Dave Wallace (R–Leachville):

Sen. Dave Wallace has served in the Arkansas General Assembly since 2015. A Vietnam War veteran, Wallace’s helicopter was shot down twice over the dense jungle. Upon conclusion of his military service, Wallace was awarded the Bronze Star, the Legion of Merit, three Distinguished Flying Crosses, an Air Medal for Valor, and three Vietnamese Crosses of Gallantry.

As a small business owner himself, Wallace has been a fierce advocate for Arkansas small businesses. He is the chair of the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee and a member of the Economic Development Committee. Wallace has consistently voted to lower taxes and government regulations on Arkansas’s small businesses.
