TAKE THE SURVEY: Is Your Local Government Following the Latest Rules on Business Delivery Licenses?

We’re hearing from members some local governments may be charging a business delivery license per vehicle rather than per business. 

Alabama’s delivery license law was changed in 2017 and 2019 to clarify that only one license is required per business and only when revenue reaches $10,000 a year.
