NFIB Endorses Alabama Congressional Incumbents for Re-Election

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (May 18, 2022) – The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, endorsed the following incumbents for re-election to the United States House of Representatives:

  • AL-01: Jerry Carl
  • AL-02: Barry Moore
  • AL-03: Mike Rogers
  • AL-04: Robert Aderholt
  • AL-06: Gary Palmer

“Alabama’s small businesses are proud to support these members of Congress for re-election,” said Rosemary Elebash, NFIB Alabama State Director. “Each candidate has proven to be a small business champion by receiving a 100% NFIB voting record during the 117th Congress. They understand what issues are most important to the state’s small businesses and support policies that promote job growth. We look forward to continuing to work with them.”

Freshmen Reps. Jerry Carl and Barry Moore are longtime NFIB small business members. Reps. Mike Rogers, Robert Aderholt, and Gary Palmer have each received NFIB’s Guardian of Small Business Award during their time in Congress.

“It is important that we have small business advocates in Congress, and we’re pleased to endorse these five incumbent candidates for re-election,” said Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director. “We are confident they will continue to be strong small business supporters in Congress.”

The endorsement is issued from NFIB FedPAC, NFIB’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by voluntary contributions by NFIB members over and above their membership dues. Decisions made by the NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation.
