OLYMPIA, Wash., July 15, 2026—The political action committee for Washington state’s leading small business association announced its Primary Election endorsements for the Washington Supreme Court and State Legislature.

“These candidates have demonstrated by their actions, not just words—by voting with small business when it mattered most or operating a successful family-owned enterprise in Washington’s hostile economic climate—that Main Street can count on them,” said Patrick Connor, state director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in Washington, speaking for the NFIB WA PAC, which made the endorsements. “We urge voters concerned about jobs, affordability, and opportunity for themselves and their families to join us in supporting these outstanding candidates for the State Legislature and Supreme Court.”

The Supreme Court candidates were evaluated based on responses to a candidate questionnaire, as were legislative challengers and candidates for open seats. Legislative incumbents (designated by their title) were endorsed based on their NFIB Voting Record for the 69th Legislature (2025-26) for state representatives and, for incumbent senators, their voting record score over their four-year term.
