27 Nebraska Legislators Achieve a 100% Voting Record from NFIB

July 8, 2026

NFIB Nebraska announced today that 27 members of the unicameral state legislature achieved a 100% NFIB Voting Record in the 2025-2026 session.

“Over half of Nebraska’s lawmakers supported the small business community with important reforms to minimum wage and paid sick leave during the latest legislative session,” said NFIB State Director Ryan McIntosh. “With Main Street facing workforce shortages and high taxes, these reforms will give small businesses the boost they need to grow and invest in our communities. There is more to be done next year, including true property tax reform. Nebraskans must continue to send small-business-friendly lawmakers to Lincoln.”

The 2026 NFIB Voting Record does not reflect every element considered by lawmakers when voting, nor does it represent a complete profile of the legislators. The voting record includes ten key votes on issues important to small businesses, including tax relief and regulations. It does not factor in that many of these legislators supported small businesses in committees, as well.
