Radio and digital ads urge Congress to protect small business owners’ privacy and repeal the unconstitutional BOI mandate

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, has released new paid radio and digital advertisements across Arkansas urging Sen. Tom Cotton, Rep. Steve Womack, Rep. Rick Crawford, and Congress to permanently repeal the law that established the unconstitutional Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) mandate and for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to immediately destroy all BOI data already submitted by U.S. small businesses.

NFIB also released radio and digital ads thanking Rep. French Hill for fighting to repeal the BOI mandate.

NFIB continues to fight the unconstitutional and invasive BOI reporting requirements – and we need your help! If not fully repealed, 32 million small businesses nationwide would once again be subjected to this unnecessary, invasive, and unconstitutional mandate. Those who fail to comply would be subject to criminal and civil penalties of up to two years in federal prison and up to $10,000.

Join us in urging Congress to protect American small businesses from BOI and delete the data. Visit ProtectSmallBusiness.org for more information.
