NFIB’s 2025-2026 Voting Record includes 10 key votes on tax and regulatory issues

PHOENIX, AZ (June 2, 2026)The National Federation of Independent Business, the state’s leading small business advocacy organization, announced today that 15 Arizona lawmakers earned 100 percent NFIB voting records during the Arizona’s 57th Legislature. In a statement, NFIB State Director Chad Heinrich commended the lawmakers for standing up for Main Street Arizonans.

“A 100 percent NFIB voting record isn’t given — it’s earned, one tough vote at a time. These 15 legislators showed up when it mattered, standing firm on issues that impact Main Street. Behind every small business are families counting on it — and these members showed up for all of them.”

The NFIB Voting Record does not reflect every element considered by a legislator when voting, nor does it represent a complete profile of the lawmaker. NFIB’s 2025-2026 Voting Record includes 10 key votes on tax and regulatory issues.
